SHIPPING LOCATIONS

CharityPaws currently ships to the US, Canada and Europe. We do hope to expand our shipping to other countries soon!

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders over $100 ship free.

Standard shipping in the US is $6, Canada is $13 and all other international orders are $16.

SHIPPING TIMES

Not only do we care about animals, we also care about the earth! For that reason we try to limit the amount of inventory we have on hand. A large portion of our orders are printed on demand in the USA to limit waste and stocking of items that may not ever sell. 

Printing time can be 3-5 days. 

Shipping times can be 7-10 days.

Please allow up to 20 days for your order to be delivered. 

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped we will send you an email with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

 

 

We want you to love your order, but if you do not - returns can be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please send an email to hi@charitypaws.com and we will provide instruction for shipping your order back. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after receiving your return, please allow several weeks for your bank to process the return.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Exchanges can only be made for size.
  2. Requests for an exchange can be made up to 30 days from receipt of your order.
  3. Items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
  4. Please package items with their original tags and the invoice that was included in your original delivery.
  5. We only allow 1 size exchange so if you need help selecting the right size, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  6. Return shipping will have to be paid by you, but shipping for the replacement item is on us.
  7. Upon shipping your return to us, please send an email to hi@charitypaws.com with the order number as well as the tracking number for the shipping company so we know it is on its way.
  8. Upon receipt of your item we will issue a credit to your account and send you an email so you can place a new order.

Clearance items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be offered.
